Yoga for Stress Relief – 60mins

In this class we begin by talking about that feeling when we’re so stressed we’re buzzing. We start standing with breath of joy, knocking on the door of life and forward folds and movements in a high lunge, before flowing to the floor for some cat cows on all fours, finishing with a gentle floor based poses and a twist. Yoga for Mental Health – 45mins

In this class we begin by talking about the balance of life. Yin and Yang. We focus our minds with a guided grounding practice before moving onto all fours for some gentle floor based poses. I give the option this week to “spice things up” throughout the class. Offering a fast Sun Salutation as well as small adjustments. We finish with gentle yin poses lying on our bellies and on our backs before finishing with a guided meditation. As always, I hope you enjoy the class. Please feel free to get in touch.
