Why you need this.
To build strength in the body and the mind we need to step outside of our comfort zone. Done little and often, in a safe welcoming space, it allows your comfort zone to grow bigger and bigger. In the mind this is called your Window of Tolerance, just like in the body we can train our mind to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. All just a little at a time.
