Welcome! As cliche as it sounds, you are exactly where you need to be! I have many options for all types of beginners. New to yoga but feeling ok physically? Try my Yoga All Levels classes. New to Yoga and not sure if you can comfortably get up and down off the floor? Go for my Chair Yoga (which has both standing and sitting postures using a chair for support.)

Welcome! Me too! Isn’t it amazing how after all these years we are still learning and growing through our yoga practice? There are a plethora of classes and workshops to take your practice to the next level – look at the Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Focus classes for more knowledge or a challenge.

How do I access the videos?

After purchasing and logging in you’ll be directed to the member’s area of this website. It will then list all the videos for you to choose from! Once you click on a video it will just start playing right there in the browser – be sure to make it full screen so you can see me. Enjoy!

What if I need to cancel?

No problem, as you aren’t locked into some strange contract. You can cancel at any time! You’ll still keep access to the videos for the month you’ve paid for.
