Why is this class beneficial?
Now is a time of change and transformation! We go from cold to warm, dark to light, from monochrome to colour! We want to grow and make awesome, balanced decisions. We can use the Springtime energy to bring to life our visions, review our goals set in January, adapt and set new goals. We can use our energy in a way that is wise for us.
Just like with a sprout trying to break through the earth’s surface, there can be feelings of being ‘stuck’ as we push through these challenges. These growing pains of Spring remind us that with growth there are always difficult aspects we need to overcome when trying to move towards a brighter, healthier, calmer version of ourselves.
