Yoga All Levels

Yoga All Levels is all levels of yoga experience and most levels of fitness! Intended to be a class where beginners can safely learn the basics of yoga alignment and philosophy, while experienced yogis can refine and develop their practice.

From the awakening energy of spring to the introspective calm of winter, each class offers a unique blend of poses, meditations, and breathwork tailored to the essence of the season. Embrace the natural rhythms, cultivate balance, and deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you as we flow through the seasons together.

Yoga for Strength

Yoga for Strength is intended to be a class where you can safely grow stronger in your physical yoga practice. Unlike traditional strength training that often relies on weights and resistance equipment, yoga for strength uses the body’s own weight and various poses to create resistance and develop muscle strength.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a fluid style of yoga where the main focus is to move from one pose to another with the breath. A more dynamic style is can be considered a ‘harder’ version of yoga or a ‘cardio’ version depending on your fitness level. These classes are suitable for all levels of yoga experience.

45-min “Lunchtime” Yoga

These classes are great for anyone who wants to take a break from work. Aimed at those of us who work a lot on computers this is a great series of classes for undoing all the ‘desk time’ which might also look like ‘cooking time’, ‘caring time’ or ‘art time’. Any work that has you looking forward and down.

45-min Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding poses passively with lots of props, typically ranging from three to five minutes, sometimes longer for the more Restorative Yoga poses. These classes aim to enhance flexibility, improve joint mobility, and cultivate a sense of inner stillness and relaxation. If you struggle with your flexibility these are the classes for you!

45-min Yoga Classes

These classes are great for anyone who wants to have a slightly shorter class time. Suitable for all levels of experience and what you might class as a dynamic yoga class, my usual style.

20-min Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is an adapted form of yoga that is truly accessible to everyone. Our practice includes seated poses on a chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support. This is great if you feel like traditional yoga might be too much, if you’re worried about ‘not being fit enough’, or if you just want to get moving in a gentle mindful way.

Restorative Yoga

Join me here to unwind, recharge, and restore your mind and body with Restorative Yoga sessions. Through gentle, supported poses and mindful breathing, this practice invites stillness, promotes healing, and cultivates a profound sense of inner calm. It’s your space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
